This is a good Shake Shack. This location is clean and the staff is mostly friendly. The food is standard - it's a fast food burger, but it is a step above the larger chains.

To me ...Best Burger in life ! Lol I rarely have or crave a burger but when I do ... this is it! I ordered the shack burger double patty as is and it was phenomenal. The service was very quick , the food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Something about that green and black building draws me in lol. Can't wait to go back soon!

This is one of my favorite burger companies hands down. Yes the burger is generally smaller, and yes it costs more but the texture and flavor is different and good, definitely not generic. I tried the truffle fries and I loved this flavor addition I hope it never leaves. I did a shack burger and added pickle and onions, if I'm to be honest it tastes better without you adding it, and I love these things. The service here is also very good, and the ambiance is what you expect of shake shack, classy.

Stumbled across this today driving down Boston St. Was happy to see they had a drive through. Staff was very friendly and my shack burger was hot and delicious. It was a bit smaller than I would have hoped but still tasty. Definitely recommend.

This Shack Shack has awesomeness because it has plenty of available seating, a parking lot and a drive through. Quite the trifecta for a Shake Shack. The burgers are tasty, but eat them while they are fresh and warm, and obviously the same goes for the fries. The food is not super fast, but it is make fresh. The staff have been super pleasant at this location. The interior and small outside dining is always clean and comfortable. Get the app so you can take advantage of any promos! Check it for specials before you order. You never know if something was added.

On our drive up to NYC from Richmond, we stopped at this Baltimore Shake Shack for a quick bite to eat. We were a group of four and are all fans of Shake Shack. If you order at the kiosk, be sure to enter a number that is available, you'll find them next to the kiosks, this is how they bring your food. For this visit, I ordered the ShackBurger and a nondairy chocolate milkshake. I adore that they now have these available because they don't hurt my tummy. The burger and shake were perfect for a road trip stop. There was a lot of seating available inside. They have women and men restrooms. The women's was clean and had two stalls. We had an easy time finding parking because this was in a strip mall. There were a lot of other food options available around it. I'd recommend visiting this Shake Shack.

Eh......... I guess I just expected MORE. I saw that they had a 'mushroom' burger and instantly wanted to try it. That's probably why I was a bit disappointed, because the anticipation had built WAY up! I even Googled reviews of the 'White Truffle Shroom Burger' and saw that gooey cheese! I couldn't wait. So, I finally pulled the trigger and visited the new, shiny Shake Shack in Canton. I actually had to wait quite a bit in the drive through. I assumed that meant they were making it from scratch! WIN! Those kids (they looked like teenagers) working in the drive through were getting their life! They could have cared less that a customer was parked right outside the window. Finally, it was ready and off I went, brown bag in hand. I will say, that........ the cheese IS gooey. And it's crunchy! And the sauce gives it flavor, but I still expected more. I also got fries. It was alright. Nothing to write home to Mom about.

It's been awhile since I've had shake shack, but since I found out about it opening in canton, I knew I had to visit. Glad I did! Upon entering, it's super spacious inside with multiple seating. There are kiosks where you can self order with ease, and upon check out you can pick up a number so a team member can bring out your order to you. Wasn't too busy on a 6pm Saturday, but I could tell there were many orders coming in through drive thru and online pick up. We sat and it was fairly clean looking around. Order came out not too long after. We ordered the shake stack, white truffle burger, truffle fries, cheese fries, and a dreamsicle cause why not! The burgers were subpar for a typical burger joint. Couldn't taste much truffle in the burger though. I loved that the truffle fries came with truffle cream! I ate that with the burger and it made it 10x better. For the dreamsicle, couldn't really taste the orange too much. It tasted more like a vanilla custard shake. Overall, for a standard fast food burger restaurant with decent and fairly quick service in Baltimore, can't complain. Great addition to Canton!

Absolutely love this location! I've eaten in and ordered pickup and both times the food was fantastic, everyone in our group loved it and said the burgers were so tasty. The inside of the restaurant is really cool and modern, I love the neon sign against the back wall. It's a fast food place where you don't mind sitting down to eat.
